Every year the Parent Advisory Council sponsors the Christmas Fair.

All proceeds are used to fund items in the school that provide direct benefits to your child (books, field trips, computer programs, emergency supplies, etc).

The success of the fair depends upon you, the parents and guardians of the children in the school.
If you are unavailable to assist on the night of the fair there are plenty of things to do in preparation for the big night. For example, baking, making crafts, providing emporium or auction donations. As well, set up before and clean up afterwards are also areas in which we need lots of help. All volunteers are welcome, such as older siblings, aunts, uncles, grandparents etc.

A huge

thank you

in advance for your participation in helping make this event not only successful but loads of fun for all our kids!

Sign-up for a shift at the Fair!
Sign-up sheets will be available in the front office hallway.

Or email us PAC if you are able to help.
Venue coordinators are located on the left of the page, if you would like to contact them directly candy-cane-holly-bar-550x35.gif - 2434 Bytes

The Christmas dollar store or white elephant concept. Watch the childrens’ faces light up as they find the perfect treasures for their families and friends to tuck under the tree. Donations of recycled household treasures are needed as well as Christmas giftwrap. Drop box located at front office. Lots of shifts need filling to help the little ones shop, and many gift wrappers make light work!

We have letters drafted and signs prepared, if you can help spread the word by hanging up a few signs a few days before the fair. Please contact the Christmas Fair Coordinators.
